How to Use:

Step 1 — Refresh

Close your eyes and mist Wholly Refreshed Toner lightly over clean facial skin from approximately 6–8 inches away. Gently press it into the skin with clean hands.

Step 2 — Moisturize

While the skin is still slightly damp, warm a pea-sized amount of your chosen Wholly balm between clean fingertips. Gently press or massage it into the face and neck, adding more only as needed.
